Beatrice Rubenfeld lives in the Oregon Coast Range. Her passion to make art, combined with a reverence for nature’s beauty is the primary muse for her work. She paints in oil, creating radiantly colorful works of art. Her plein air paintings make brief visual statements, capturing the essence of ephemeral moments spent in nature. Birds, and other creatures, as well as still life designs also provide inspiration. Oil paint lends itself to almost limitless possibilities for expression. The medium becomes the muse. Her work is displayed locally at Art in the Valley, 209 SW 2nd Street in Corvallis, and at her own Studio Beatrice on 6th Street in Corvallis.
