About June Nissinen
My goal as a self taught artists is to be known as the painter of the Oregon nature scenes with a holistic imagined view of the landscapes, of the John Day River Territory scenes, this is located in the high desert of eastern Oregon. Inspiration in my life has come from the nature scene artworks of Nicholas Roerich, Bev Doolittle and Oregon's famous artist Jackson Pollock, with his abstract Expressionism. But I will also plan to paint other National Parks in Oregon.
